JC and I had a blast on New Years Eve... not! I had my wisdom teeth taken out on New Years Eve... lame, I know! I was terrified... as soon as I sat in the chair I had tears coming out of my eyes... terrified!! I have never had an IV before and was most afraid of that. The Dr. had to poke me about 3-4 times to find a vein... finally did thank goodness! The last thing I remember is saying "I think I can feel it"... the next thing I know I was in the car getting my pain medicine prescription and on our way to Wendys for a milkshake!
My recovery was painless... didn't even have to take any pain meds. I think I got lucky... I hear horror stories about peoples wisdom teeth but mine was pain free.

bless your heart...it's not fun having those out. i had mine removed when i had jaw surgery...it was terrible for my mom who was in the hospital with me, but i have no memory of it. i do, however, have my lovely pep squad picture with my chipmunk cheeks from the week after :)
i didn't see you at church over the christmas break. sorry we missed you~
you know...you've really got something there with that ice pack look :) glad you've had a good recovery!
you are lucky! i got sick, sick, sick from the pain meds, which made everything MUCH worse (you can imagine). glad you are healing fast and i really love the sling look on your head...:)
